|1 Pkg||(9 pieces) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Drumsticks|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Olive oil|
|Salt and pepper|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) ketchup|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Ready prepared mango chutney|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Hot chili garlic sauce|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Honey|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Balsamic vinegar|
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
PLACE chicken in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
WHISK together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
GRILL chicken, turning frequently, for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 185°F (85°C). Brush chicken liberally with the sauce and cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until the chicken develops a glazed, chargrilled appearance.
