Looking to eat healthy this winter? Try this feel good fresh salad made with Maple Leaf® Seasoned White Turkey Chunks


75 ml (1/3 cup) maynnaise
20 ml (1-1/2 tbsp) orange juice
0.5 ml (1/8 tsp) cinnamon
2 (5 oz/142 g) cans Maple Leaf® Seasoned White Turkey Chunks (drained)
1 cup (250 mL) sliced celery
1 cup (250 mL) halved, seedless red grapes
1 (8 oz/227 mL) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (10 oz/284 mL) can mandarin orange 1 segments, drained OR 3 clementines, peeled and sectioned
.25 cup (50 mL) toasted slivered almonds
salad greens


MIX mayonnaise, orange juice and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl.

ADD turkey chunks, celery, grapes and water chestnuts and stir to combine with mayonnaise mixture.

CHILL 1-2 hours. Stir in orange segments just before serving. Garnish with almonds and serve on a bed of salad greens
