Macaroni Salad recipe with bacon, the perfect side for any meal.


6 Strips of Maple Leaf Bacon
½ lb Elbow Macaroni
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Zuchini
1 Shallot
½ Red or Yellow Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
¼ cup Chopped Dill
½ cup Hellmann's Mayo
¼ cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar


BOIL pasta according to package instructions, and fry bacon as well

CHOP up all of the vegetables

DRAIN the pasta and then toss it in a bowl with a little bit of olive oil. Add in the spices and mix these together

ADD the bacon, dill and chopped vegetables and stir together

ADD mayo, sour cream and cider vinegar and stir it altogether. Let it sit for a couple hours in the fridge, and then serve.
