About this Recipe

A delectable sandwich perfect for any Brunch! Make 2 or 3, cut into quarters and plate on a large platter. Serve with a creamy Tomato soup to round out your meal. Don't forget the napkins! : )

2 slices of Dempster's white bread-toasted
1 tbsp soft butter
2 leaves of Romaine lettuce
4 rashers of Maple Leaf Bacon
1/2 cup Mac 'n' cheese leftovers
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 Dill Pickle- garnish

Cook the Maple Leaf Bacon until crispy, place on a paper towel. Toast the Dempster's bread. Butter both slices of toasted bread. Wash and dry Romaine lettuce. Place lettuce on one piece of buttered toasted bread. Heat up Mac'n' cheese leftovers in microwave for 30 seconds. Slice the cheese. Take out the heated Mac'n' cheese, and place the cheddar cheese on top. Place back in microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Place the bacon rashers on top of the lettuce. Spoon the mac'n' cheese on top of the bacon. Add the second piece of toasted bread buttered side down. Slice a dill pickle lengthwise and place on top of sandwich, secure with a pick. Enjoy!
