These lunch Stix are a low carb lunch with lots of veggie and protein goodness!

Ingredients

Schneiders Kielbassa Sausage
Yellow Pepper
Red Pepper
Orange Pepper
carrot cut into strips
cucumber cut into strips

Directions

Cut all the veggies and Kielbassa sausage into strips or Sticks. Serve with crackers, string-cheese & fruit for a fast and easy lunch.

Easy to make and adds variety from sandwiches during a kids' busy school day
