I love preparing foods in advance that I can freeze to make lunch prep easy.

Ingredients

Store bought pizza dough
Red and yellow bell peppers
Green or Black olives
Grated pizza cheese
Schneiders Pepperoni - sliced
Pizza Sauce

Directions

Let dough rise as per instructions. As the dough is rising, slice the Schneiders pepperoni removing the plastic wrap. Cut the peppers in long strands to make whiskers. You can cut them with mini cookie cutters to make stars, hearts or flowers. Slice the olives.
Once dough is ready, separate in 6 pieces. Preheat oven to 450F. Roll out each piece and cover in pizza sauce.

Now the sky is the limit. Use the peppers, olives and the Schneiders pepperoni to decorate your pizzas. Add little pieces of dough to make ears on a cat. Use the peppers for whiskers. The kids will love helping, and love eating them in their lunches even more. .

Cook at 450F for 15 mins to 20 mins or until golden brown on a parchment paper covered baking sheet for easy clean up.
