Nothing beats a home made soup to ward of the February chill
|1||stalk celery, diced|
|1||clove garlic, minced|
|1||splash olive oil|
|1 cup||diced chicken|
|1 cup||pumpkin, diced|
|4 cups||chicken broth|
|1/4 cup||green beans|
heat the oil, and cook the onions, celery and garlic until the onions are translucent.
Add the remainder of ingredients, with the exception of the pasta and beans.
Simmer for 10 min, then add the Rotini.
Simmer another 5 min, then add the beans and simmer a final 5 min
