|400 g||Chicken Breast|
|500 g||Vegetables of choice|
|1 tbsp||Curry paste|
|1 tbsp||Garlic oil|
Spray a large pan with Garlic oil and fry the chopped into chunks chicken until golden. Add the spices and the vegetables and cook to your liking. Mix the curry paste with water and add to the pan. Stir and serve with a salad , Rice or Naan bread.
