Fresh Canadian lobster might just be the best thing about this country after all-- you'll agree after you make these scrumptious rolls!
|2 cups||(500 mL) Chopped fresh lobster meat|
|2||Ribs celery, finely chopped|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Lemon juice|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Mayonnaise|
|1 1/2 tbsp||(22 mL) Chopped fresh chives|
|Salt and pepper|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Melted butter|
|6||Dempster’s® Top Sliced Hot Dog Buns|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Shredded lettuce|
COMBINE lobster, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Lightly brush the outside of each bun with melted butter. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and grill the buns, cut side down for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden.
ASSEMBLE by placing shredded lettuce in each bun and top with a scoop of the lobster mixture.
