This creamy pasta recipe is a comforting dish your whole family will love! The best part is that it takes less then 20 minutes to make!
|350 g||Package Olivieri® Fresh Linguine Pasta|
|80 ml||Tub Olivieri® Sundried Tomato Pesto|
|150 g||Packages Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Strips OR 1 (400 g) Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully|
|1||Small onion, thinly sliced|
|125 ml||Thinly sliced green peppers|
|125 ml||Thinly sliced red peppers|
|125 ml||Thinly sliced carrots|
|250 ml||35% Whipping Cream|
COOK pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat Sundried Tomato pesto in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
ADD chicken, onion, peppers and carrots. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Add cream and reduce for 2-3 minutes.
DRAIN pasta and add to sauté pan. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
