A filling but light ham and fresh angel hair pasta dish. From stove top to table in 15 minutes, this summer dinner is easy to prepare and enjoy.
|2 cups||Schneiders® Olde Fashioned Fully Cooked Smoked Ham|
|cut||into bite sized pieces|
|1 Pkg||Fresh Angel Hair Pasta|
|1 cup||Snow peas|
|1 tbsp||Lemon zest|
|1 tsp||Kosher salt and pepper|
|2 tbsp||Unsalted butter|
Fill a medium size pot with water and bring to a boil.
Remove ends of snow pea pods, cut cauliflower into florets, and cube ham into bite sized pieces.
Add ham, snow peas and cauliflower to boiling water, reduce heat to medium high, and cook for 5 minutes. Add package of fresh pasta to the water and continue cooking for 5 minutes until pasta is soft, being careful not to overcook the fresh pasta.
Drain water from the pot. Add butter, lemon zest, salt and pepper and lightly toss.
