|2||Maple Leaf Prime's® Fresh Chicken breasts, cooked and sliced thinly|
|1 Pkg||Dried rice roll sheets|
|3||stalks of lemongrass, white part only, roughly chopped|
|2 tbsp||Fresh ginger|
|1||Red onion, sliced|
To make the lemongrass paste: put the lemongrass, garlic clove, ginger and red onion into a blender and blend until fine.
Gently dip the rice sheets into the warm water until softened. Spread onto a wide plate. Spread 1 tablespoon of the lemongrass paste on to each rice sheet. Put on the chicken, toppings and wrap into a spring roll shape. Serve immediately.
