Try this unique sandwich with a delicious blend of flavors for your next quick lunch at home.

Ingredients

LEMON-WALNUT SPREAD:
1 cup (250 mL) Walnuts
2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp (30 mL) Tahini
2 tbsp (30 mL) Mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic
SANDWICH:
4 Sesame seed buns, split
1 Pkg Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
4-8 Lettuce leaves
1 Large ripe tomato, sliced

Directions

LEMON-WALNUT SPREAD:
PLACE all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

SANDWICH:
SPREAD the inside of the top half of each bun with the spread. Place lettuce on bottom half of the bun and top with chicken and tomato slices and top half of bun.
