Kids love helping out in the kitchen! When making our Lemon Raisin Morning Toast recipe, kids can cut their toast into fun egg shapes and help decorate them with icing.

|1 cup||(250 mL) Egg Creations® Original|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) milk|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) vanilla|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) cinnamon|
|8 oz||(226 g) plain cream cheese softened|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) granulated sugar|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) lemon zest|
|1/3 cup||(79 mL) confectioners sugar|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) lemon juice|
WHISK Egg Creations, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
BEAT together cream cheese, sugar and lemon zest.
SPREAD cream cheese mixture over half of the bread slices and top with remaining slices to make sandwiches. Cut into shapes with large cutters if desired.
DIP each sandwich into the egg mixture on both sides to coat well.
COOK in batches, in a buttered non-stick skillet, over medium low heat until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
MIX together confectioners sugar with lemon juice. Put into a resealable bag and cut the tip from a corner. Pipe icing over each sandwich to outline and decorate shapes.
