This sandwich is nutritious, easy to make and full of flavour. The garlic aioli adds a whole new dimension to the taste profile.
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Mixed greens|
|2||Slices Dempster's Bakery Gluten Zero™ Whole Grain Bread|
|1||(85 g) Can lemon pepper tuna|
|Salt and pepper|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Garlic aioli|
ARRANGE mixed greens over one slice of bread. Top with tuna and sliced tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with garlic aioli and sandwich with the remaining slice of bread.
Make you own garlic aioli at home – Whisk together ½ cup (125 mL) Mayonnaise, 1 Clove garlic, finely minced, 1 tsp (5 mL) Lemon juice, salt and pepper.
