a nice alternative to a buffalo wing.


1 kg Prime natural chicken wings and drummettes
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/2 juice of a large lemon
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter, cold ( finely diced )


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the butter.

Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Arrange marinated wings on a parchment lined baking sheet. Scatter diced butter over top and roast in preheated oven for 40 minutes. For extra crispy wings broil on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
