1 Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Portions chicken breast
1 jar of kalbi sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 inch of ginger
1/4 tsp chili flakes
salt and pepper


Chop chicken into bite sized pieces. Grind the garlic and ginger, and place in a bowl with the chicken, chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes. while marinating, soak skewers in water if using wooden ones. Set oven to broil, and set rack on the highest setting. Place 3-4 peices of chicken on each skewer and place on a cooking tray, divide the kalbi sauce, and brush with 1/2 kalbi sauce. broil for 2-3 minutes, turn, brush with other kalbi sauce, and broil for another few minutes until charred and cooked.
