can mix it up with your choice of sides, meats and veggies


1 Pkg Schneiders smoked chicken mild italian
100 g chicken breast
100 g belly pork
1 green pepper
1 medium white onion
1 Pkg sliced king oyster mushrooms
1/2 cup bulogi sauce
1 green onion
1 green leaf lettuce
salt and pepper


Slice all meats thinly and set aside. slice green pepper and onion, set aside. mince green onion and divide into two baggies, in one baggie place chicken breast, and in other, place the belly pork. reserve 2-3 tbsp of sauce, and divide the rest into the baggies. allow meat to marinate at least an hour before cooking. wash and separate leave of the lettuce. preheat a tabletop grill or bbq and grill meat and veggies for a few minutes, turning, until browned, brush remaining bulogi sauce on the sausages. season everything with salt and pepper. to serve, please some meat, veggie, and kimchi onto a lettuce leaf, roll up and eat. enjoy!
