Korean flavours with crunchy kimchi, carrot and cabbage. Very tasty, try it with a bit of hot sauce.
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Olive oil|
|1 lb||(454 g) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Ground Turkey|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Hoisin sauce|
|8||(6”/ 15 cm) Soft tortilla shells|
|1 ½||(375 mL) Kimchi (optional)|
|¾ cup||(175 mL) Shredded red cabbage|
|1||Green onion, thinly sliced|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Chopped cilantro|
|Hot Sauce for serving|
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add turkey and cook. Breaking apart with the back of a wooden spoon for 8-10 minutes. Add hoisin sauce and stir to combine. Warm tortilla shells if desired.
ASSEMBLE tacos by dividing the meat mixture between the tortilla shells. Top with kimchi (if using), carrot, cabbage, green onion and cilantro.
DRIZZLE with extra hoisin and hot sauce if desired.
Substitute Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Ground Chicken for turkey.
Serve with Korean Gauchujang or sriracha hot sauce.
