About this Recipe

It is a common dish in Middle East...it is very easy to make very delight to eat. It is made of ground beef or ground lamb...with cut onions and parsley mix in to the Ground meat...has a light creamy sauce it had mix with lemon and salt...

Ingredients

2 cups ground beff or lamb
1 L onion , Minced
1/2 cup parsley, minced
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup water to mix the sauce

Directions

mix the first 5 ingredients together and set aside...

Making of the sauce
Mix the rest of the ingredients until the it nice and runny
spread the meat in a deep baking dish or try pressing it until it is flat .Pour the sauce over the meat evenly
bake in a hot oven 375 mark for 20 min and then broil for lightly brown 5 min max.serve hot
