|2||Schneiders® Chicken smoked sausages SPICY JALAPENO|
|1/4 cup||of water|
|null||salt and pepper to taste|
|null||sprinkle of chili flakes|
Cut sausage into 1/2 chunks and pan fry until browned on each side. Set aside. In a bowl, scramble the eggs and add 1/4 cup of water. In another pan on low to medium heat melt butter, then pour eggs into pan. The trick is to not move it around too much, so let it set for a few minutes, then using a flat wooden spatula, scrape outer edges into center then back out. Let set again for a minute, then repeat. Eggs are done when there is no more runny egg but it's still soft. Add to pan with sausage. Cut tomatoes into small chunks and add to pan with egg and sausage, add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle some chili flakes to spice it up even more! It's ready to eat!
