|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1||small onion, diced|
|2 cups||baby kale|
|1 Pkg||Schneiders® Chicken Smoked Sausage SUNDRIED TOMATO AND BASIL, sliced into rounds|
|2||cloves garlic, minced|
|1||jar prepared tomato sauce|
|1 Pkg||fresh fettuccini pasta|
|1 cup||parmesan cheese|
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook onion until softened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add chicken sausage and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the kale and pour in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
In the meantime, cook the pasta as per package directions.
Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and garnish with parmesan.
You can alternate by trying ravioli or a shaped pasta
