Kale, Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage Rose Pasta

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cups baby kale
1 Pkg Schneiders® Chicken Smoked Sausage SUNDRIED TOMATO AND BASIL, sliced into rounds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar prepared tomato sauce
3/4 heavy cream
1 Pkg fresh fettuccini pasta
1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook onion until softened, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add chicken sausage and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the kale and pour in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

In the meantime, cook the pasta as per package directions.

Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and garnish with parmesan.

Notes

You can alternate by trying ravioli or a shaped pasta
