These are fun to make. Get the whole family to participate.


1 Pineapple
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Package of whole Mushrooms
1 Spanish Onion
1 Large sirloin steak or any large cut of beef
1/8 cup Steak spice
1 Package of bamboo skewers


-Marinate the beef overnight if necessary.
-Soak bamboo skewers in water for 1/2 hour.
-Cut all ingredients into uniform cubes. (no need to cut mushrooms if small)
-Add steak spice to beef.
-Slide cubed ingredients onto skewers alternating through each one.
-Heat BBQ to medium-high heat.
-BBQ the Kabobs about 5-6 minutes each side.


Keep the lid of barbecue closed when cooking.
Metal skews can be a substitute for bamboo ones.
Experiment with different ingredients.
Add Shrimp or chicken and different spices.
I have even cut up cobs of corn into little hockey pucks and included them. LOL
