Nobody will be able to resist these bacon-filled meatballs at your next party.


1 Pkg Maple Leaf Natural Selections Bacon, chopped
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
1 1/2 lbs Maple Leaf Ground Pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed corn flakes
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bottle of Tomato sauce, heated
chopped fresh chives for topping


Pulse the bacon and onion in a food processor until finely chopped.
Transfer to a bowl and add the pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; mix until just combined.
Dampen your hands and form into about 48 meatballs, (approximately 1 inch each)

Once meatballs are formed, heat the vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Working in batches, add the meatballs to the skillet and cook, turning, until browned, about 3-4 minutes each.
After being browned, place meatballs in 375 degree oven for 12-14 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce.
