|12||slices Schneiders® bacon, cut in half|
|1 cup||(250 mL) prepared BBQ sauce|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) sriracha sauce|
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees.
LAY bacon onto a Parchment lined baking sheet.
COOK bacon for About 10 minutes or until just starting to crisp.
ALLOW to cool.
WRAP each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure tightly with a tooth pick.
PLACE shrimp onto a clean parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and bacon is crisp.
IN a bowl mix together bbq sauce and sriracha.
Serve with a sauvignon blanc
