Jumbo Bacon Wrapped Shrimp with Sriracha BBQ sauce

Ingredients

12 slices Maple Leaf® bacon, cut in half
24 jumbo shrimp
1 cup (250 mL) prepared BBQ sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) sriracha sauce

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees.

LAY bacon onto a Parchment lined baking sheet.

COOK bacon for About 10 minutes or until just starting to crisp.

ALLOW to cool.

WRAP each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure tightly with a tooth pick.

PLACE shrimp onto a clean parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and bacon is crisp.

IN a bowl mix together bbq sauce and sriracha.

SERVE immediately.

Notes

Serve with a sauvignon blanc
