My Husband is from Trinidad So this is a Family Favorite !


3 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp dried thyme
4 tbsp ground allspice
3 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried rosemary (optional)
3 Green Onions
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper


Cut up youe green onions and bonnet pepper add the seeds if you want it really spicy !
Mix together in a bowl and rub on your meat.


I let it sit over night for best results !
