|400 g||Chicken Breast Strips|
|500 g||Vegetables of choice, be colorful!|
|2 tbsp||Yellow Mustard Seeds|
|1 tbsp||Curry Paste|
|1 tbsp||Garlic Oil|
Spray a large pan with Garlic Oil and add the Tumeric, Cumin and Yellow mustard seeds. Add the Chicken strips and fry until golden.Add the vegetables and cook to your liking. Mix the curry paste with the water and add to the pan.TipsCook on a high heat until you add the paste and water then use a low a heat for about 2 minutes until all ingredients are coated.Serve on its own or with fluffy Rice, Noodles or Naan bread.
