This bite sized treat is packed with gooey melted cheese and a hint of heat from the Sourdough Jalapeno flute.

|1 cup||(250 mL) Cream cheese|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Cajun spice|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Chopped cooked bacon|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Softened butter|
SLICE bread into 20 - ½ “ (1.25 cm) slices.
MIX cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Cajun spice and bacon together until combined.
SPREAD the mixture evenly over ten slices of bread and top with the remaining bread slices. Butter the outside of each sandwich.
HEAT a large non-stick skillet over medium-high. Working in batches, grill each sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
