if you like jalapeno poppers, and you like hamburgers, then this is for you
|1 lb||ground beef|
|8 oz||herb and garlic cream cheese|
|1/2 cup||chopped jalapenos|
|2 tbsp||montreal steak spice|
|1/3 cup||skim milk|
|2 tsp||ground cayenne pepper|
|2||garlic cloves chopped|
soften cream cheese, place in bowl and add chopped jalapenos. This will be your filling.
place ground beef in bowl, add egg, skim milk, breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, garlic cloves and montreal steak spice
take you ground beef and separate into 1/4 lb balls. After you have separated into 4 balls. Take one ball of beef and separate in half again. You should now have 8 balls of beef.
take one ball of beef and make into a 1/4 inch thick patty. Take 2 tbsp of jalapeno filling and place it on top of your patty. Take another 1/4 inch thick patty and place on top. Squeeze sides together so you have no openings.
After completing this you should have 4 burgers ready for bbqing!
BBQ on each side for approx 10 minutes, you jalapeno popper burgers will be complete!!
