|4||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts|
|2||Jalapeno peppers, minced|
|½ cup||(125 mL) Cream cheese|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|½ tsp||(2 mL) Ground cumin|
|1||Clove garlic, minced|
|Salt and pepper|
|8||Slices Maple Leaf® Bacon|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
SLICE a long horizontal pocket into each chicken breast. Set aside.
PLACE jalapenos, cream cheese, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in cheddar cheese. Stuff each chicken breast with equal amounts of the mixture. Wrap each piece of chicken with two slices of bacon and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
BAKE for 20-25 minutes until bacon is golden brown and crisp and the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C).
