This Italian Vegetable Stir Fry is smothered in a Balsamic vinaigrette dressing and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Balsamic vinaigrette|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Frozen Italian style vegetables or coarsely chopped mixture of fresh vegetables|
|Grated parmesan cheese|
HEAT a large nonstick skillet over medium-high and add vinaigrette.
ADD frozen or fresh vegetables and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
SPRINKLE with Parmesan cheese before serving.
