For Tomato Sauce:
60 ml good-quality olive oil
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
2 can crushed tomatoes, (28-ounce)
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 Pkg Schneiders Italian style Chicken meatball
Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh basil, for garnish
1 lb Pasta of Choice


For Tomato Sauce:

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and golden, about 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the thyme and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and their juices and bring to a boil, stirring often so the bottom doesn't catch. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until thick. Stir in the meatballs and cover. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add torn basil and serve with pasta of choice.

*if using a premade tomato sauce place in a pot and bring to a boil, add meatballs and turn down and simmer. Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
