This comes together quickly (not much longer than the time needed to cook the pasta) and is perfect at home or packed for school in a hot lunch thermal container.


1 sausage JMS Chicken Smoked Sausage MILD ITALIAN
1/2 cup dry pasta
1/2 cup veggies (I used 1/4 cup frozen broccoli florets and a small fresh roma tomato)
2 tsp olive oil
To taste finely grated Parmesan (available in the spice isle and kept refrigerated after opening)
To taste table salt and pepper to taste


Cook the sausage as desired to heat it through. Chop and set aside.

Wash the roma tomato. Chop and set aside

Boil pasta, adding the broccoli during the last 4 minutes. Drain the water off when it's done.

Add the olive oil, Parmesan, salt and pepper to the pasta, and gently stir. Then, gently stir in the sausage and tomato.
