Saurkraut and sausages go together wonderfully.
1 lb | about 4 Italian Sausages |
4 | Villagio whole wheat Italian Style sausage buns |
1 cup | sauerkraut, drained |
2 tbsp | cilantro or parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | mustard |
1 tbsp | prepared horseradish or horseradish sauce |
Cook sausages on the grill until done, internal temp of 160 degrees.
Toast bun if desired, and spread each with a teaspoon of horseradish and a teaspoon of mustard. Add a quarter cup of sauerkraut to each. Add a sausage top with parsley or cilantro and serve.
