|10||frozen Italian meatballs|
|1 cup||spaghetti or pizza sauce|
|2||thick slices mozzarella cheese|
|1||hotdog or sub bun|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|4||strips of bell pepper diced.|
Saute mushrooms and onions in olive oil for about 2 min, add peppers. and continue to cook for about 2 more minutes. Add spaghetti sauce, oregano, and basil and let simmer for 2-3 minutes
Meanwhile in a microwave dish, heat frozen meatballs until they reach desired temp (About 2-3 min).
Place meatballs on bun, pour sauce over. Add melted cheese to the top.
Place the sandwich on a baking pan in the oven on broil for a minute or two, until the cheese melts.
