About this Recipe

This is a quick and spicy Italian wrap to satisfy my fiery spirit.


1 Dempster's 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla
2 Prosciutto, slices
2 Calabrese or Genoa Salami, slices
1 Romaine Lettuce, leaf
5 Baby Arugula, leaves
1 slice Provolone Cheese
Spicy Mustard, optional


1. Lay a large leaf of Romaine lettuce down on the Dempster's tortilla.
2. Put 2 slices of Prosciutto down on top of the lettuce.
3. Layer the slices of Genoa or Calabrese Salami on top of the Prosciutto.
4 Lay the small leaves of arugula down on top of the Salami.
5. Finally, add the layer of Provolone Cheese on top, to cool the wrap.
(optional) If desired, spread a pit of spicy mustard to the wrap.
Wrap it up tight, and enjoy!


This recipe is just for a single wrap. The great thing about wraps is that it's easy for everyone to make their own!
