This is a great recipe and pleases the whole family.


1 large egg
1 lb maple leaf prime ground turkey
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup panko crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic minced
1 pinch black pepper
1 bunch parsley


Preheat oven to 375 and line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cream together egg and panko crumbs, add in ground beef. You can use clean hands to mix together or use a stand mixer. Add in salt pepper and garlic. Take a little more than a tablespoon of mixture and use wet hands to ball them. Place in rows on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Place in cupcake cups with tooth pick and garnish with parsley.
