8 Slices Villaggio® Bread, toasted
8 Slices Tre Stelle® provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 package (400 g) Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked & Sliced Chicken Breasts, cut into small bite-sized p
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
2 cups (500 mL) sliced mushrooms
2 cups (500 mL) pasta sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh chopped Basil


HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until golden. Stir in chicken and pasta sauce and cook until heated through. Stir in basil.

DIVIDE chicken mixture over toast slices. Top with Cheese.

BROIL just until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 2 minutes.



Use your imagination to create a variety of flavours - great way to use leftovers such as roasted vegetables and extra pieces of cheese
