Perfect light lunch Italian style. Serve this Panini with a crisp Italian White Wine and dip into Garlic Oil.

Ingredients

75 g 3 slices Villaggio Sesame Bread
100 g Argula, Red Pepper, Celery, Tomato
2 tbsp Garlic Oil
1 tsp Italian dressing optional

Directions

Toast the bread first in a Panini grill or Toaster. Prepare the salad ingredients and spray with a little Italian dressing if desired. I prefer to get the full peppery taste of the Arugula and ripe Tomato without the addition of dressing. The chopped Celery gives an added crunch. Dipped into a good quality Garlic oil and served with a dry wine this delightful lunch will have your taste buds transported to Italy in moments.

Notes

Very quick and simple to make this sandwich looks great and feels like a real treat served with Garlic oil to dip and an Italian wine or juice. Ciao Italia!
