2 cups | (500 mL) Maple Leaf Prime Chickeb Breasts, cut-up into strips |
1/2 cup | (125 mL) chopped onion |
2 tbsp | (25 mL) Old El Paso* Taco Seasoning Mix (from 35g package) |
1 cup | (250 mL) Bisquick* mix |
1 cup | (250 mL) milk |
1 cup | (250 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese |
2 | eggs |
Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease bottom and side of 9-inch (23 cm) glass pie plate. Mix chicken, onion and seasoning mix. Sprinkle in pie plate
Stir together Bisquick, milk and eggs with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate
Bake 30 to 35 mintutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream if desired
