Ingredients

2 2 Slices Dempster’s® WholeGrainsTM Ancient Grains Bread
.25 cup (60 mL) Ready prepared hummus
.33 cup (80 mL) Cherry tomatoes, quartered
.5 cup (125 mL) Alfalfa sprouts
1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil

Directions

SPREAD humus equally on slices of bread, cover with alfalfa sprouts. Top with tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
