Spoil yourself with a delicious tasting hot and toasty buffalo chicken wrap, served with a blue cheese dipping sauce.
|1||(150 g) Package Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Chicken Strips|
|1 tbsp||to 2, (15-30 mL) Hot Buffalo wing sauce|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Crumbled Danish Blue cheese (optional)|
|1||Dempster’s® Original Large Tortilla|
|2||Slices Havarti cheese|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Whipped salad dressing|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Crumbled Blue cheese|
|Salt and pepper|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
TOSS chicken with hot sauce and blue cheese if using. Place tortilla on a clean flat work surface. Lay cheese slices, overlapping along the center. Top with chicken mixture. Roll tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the ends. Place seam side down on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Brush with melted butter and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
STIR together the whipped salad dressing and blue cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with carrot and celery sticks as a dipping sauce.
Add grated carrot or diced bell pepper to the wrap for added colour and extra vitamins.
