About this Recipe

This is an easy and tasty appetizer. Serve it with your favourite crackers and kick it up with a bit of extra hot sauce.


1 Pkg (250 g) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup (125 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) Crumbled Blue cheese
1 Green onion, minced
1/3 cup (80 mL) Buffalo wing sauce
1 Pkg (150 g) Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Chicken Strips, chopped


PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).

COMBINE all of the ingredients except the chicken using a rubber spatula in a medium bowl. Mash with a fork if needed then fold in chopped chicken.

TRANSFER the mixture to an 8” (20 cm) pie plate or a small ovenproof dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers. Drizzle with a little Buffalo wing sauce if desired.
