Horseradish Roast-beef Panini

1 naan bread
1/4 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp horseradish mayo
200 g roast beef


You can either buy your roast beef at a store, or make it, I made mine. Take a roast and boil it for 3 hours, adding your favorite spices, then slice for the sandwich. If you buy it, get around 200 grams, pick either angus roast beef, or classic. Place sliced beef on panini press and grill for 2 minutes. Remove, and place panini, cheese, beef, and mayo, fold panini in half, and then grill for 5 minutes. Spicy, but oh so good.
