Here’s a quirky idea for a pogo Pepperette! Put it all together with some yummy and healthy choices and your child is ready for anything!
|1||Schneiders® Country Naturals® Pepperette|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Schneiders® Oktoberfest Mustard|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Finely crushed pretzels|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Ranch dressing|
|6||Strips red pepper|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Raisins|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Almonds|
|1/2||Orange, cut into wedges|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Water|
SKEWER the pepperette lengthwise. Spread all over with mustard and roll in the crushed pretzels. Wrap in plastic and place in the lunch box.
PLACE dressing in the bottom of a small container. Place vegetable sticks upright in the container. Secure with a lid or wrap in plastic wrap. Place in the lunch box along with muffin tin liners for raisins, almonds, orange wedges and gherkins. Add a cup of yogurt and a travelling cup of water.
