|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Vegetable oil|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Chopped fresh thyme|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) White wine|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Honey|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Grainy mustard|
|Salt and pepper|
HEAT oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Nestle the chicken into the mixture and spoon some of the mixture over top. Cover and continue to cook for 10 minutes more or until the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165°F (74°C). Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Serve with new potatoes and baby carrots.
