This recipe works equally well on the BBQ or in the oven (or a combination of both if your BBQ runs out of gas like mine did the day I shot this picture!)
|1/4 cup||Lemon Juice|
|1 tbsp||Garlic Powder|
|1 tbsp||Dry Oregano|
|1 tsp||Dry Thyme|
|2 tbsp||White Wine or Apple Juice|
|2||Garlic Cloves - chopped|
|Black Pepper to taste|
Marinate the Chicken with the lemon juice, Garlic Powder, dry herbs, salt and pepper for at least 1 hour and no longer than 3 hours.
Cook the chicken either on the top rack of the BBQ or in the oven until it is fully cooked.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small pot and gentle heat up. As soon as the mixture begins to simmer, lower the heat to low for 5 to 10 minutes.
Brush glaze over chicken and remove from heat after 5 minutes.
