Red onion brings out the sweet flavour of the honey garlic sausages and pairs perfectly with tangy sour cream.

|1||600g Maple Leaf® Sausage Meat|
|1||large red onion, thickly sliced in rings|
|1 cup||large red onion, thickly sliced in rings|
|1/3 cup||(75 mL) sour cream or tzatziki|
Grill sausages according to package directions.
Meanwhile, grill onions set over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly charred and tender. Roughly chop and reserve.
Assemble sausages in buns with grilled onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
Substitute grilled onions with grilled peppers, if desired.
