|1 Pkg||(300 g) Schneiders® Chicken Cooked Meatballs HONEY GARLIC|
|4 Pkg||(85 g) ramen noodles, cooked and drained|
|2 tbsp||sesame oil|
|1/4 cup||light soy sauce|
|2||green onions, thinly sliced|
|2 tbsp||sesame seeds, toasted|
|1/2 cup||chicken stock|
|2 cups||baby bok choy, blanched|
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook onions for about 3 to 4 minutes or until softened and fragrant. Add meatballs, soy sauce, honey, and chicken stock. Stir well.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until meatballs have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees and sauce has thickened.
Toss meatball mixture with ramen noodles and bok choy. Garnish with peanuts and sesame seeds.
