One of my favourite things about the warmer months is creating fun new salads for dinner. With all-natural Prime chicken and a savoury bacon crunch, this is a recipe that is sure to become a family favourite. This is the perfect recipe to break up the monotony of BBQ season.
|2||Maple Leaf Prime Portions Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts|
|4||strips Maple Leaf Ready Crisp Bacon|
|4 cups||Salad greens|
|1/2||Red Pepper, thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup||Almonds, thinly sliced|
|2||Green onions, thinly sliced|
|1/2 Pkg||Ramen noodle soup, crunched|
|1||Small navel orange, peeled and sliced|
|3 tbsp||Sesame vinaigrette|
Preheat BBQ to med-high
Cook chicken for 1-2 min per side or until evenly char-grilled. Reduce temperature to med-low and continue to cook for 8-10 min or until the internal temperatures reached 165 degrees F (74 degrees C)
Toss the remaining ingredients together in a salad bowl and serve with chicken breast on the side or on top.
